Shipping & Returns

We use DHL Go Green for all our shipments.

We always offer free shipping within Sweden and European Union*

*Countries included are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Polen, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom. 

International shipping

We offer free shipping for orders above 2000 SEK, for orders below this amount shipping is 100 SEK.

Delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days and 5-9 days for international orders. All orders are fully traceable.

Import duties and customs’ fees

International shipping may be subject to import duties. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties.

Return and exchange

We recommend that you use DHL when returning or exchanging your purchase. Please note that prior to returning any items you must contact Yogish Collective Customer Care for a Return-ID. Unfortunately we can not take responsibility for shipping costs. 

How to return

  1. Email shop@yogishcollective.com to request your Return-ID. Please specify which item(s) you would like to return and the order number.
  2. Fill in the provided returns note and place it inside the parcel.
  3. Attach the pre-paid return label on top of the old address label and hand in at your nearest DHL Service Point.
  4. For international returns, please clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any custom charges. 

Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Yogish Collective's selected postage labels and delivery service. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. Yogish Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged returns sent with a different courier.

The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded by Yogish Collective.

 

Payments - use your credit card and pay with Paypal

Pricing policy and charges

All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) or Euro (€), all include Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order in the check-out step.
