Shipping & Returns
We use DHL Go Green for all our shipments.
Shipping is 89 SEK within Sweden, 200 SEK within European Union*. Rest of the world shipping is 300 SEK.
*Countries included are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Polen, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Delivery within Sweden is 2-5 business days and 5-9 days for international orders. All orders are fully traceable.
Import duties and customs’ fees
International shipping may be subject to import duties. We are unable to specify the exact amount of duties and taxes you might have to pay for your package as these charges are decided by your local Customs. You will be invoiced for the local taxes and duties.
Return and exchange
- CLOSING DOWN SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGE.
- You can return any items purchased on yogishcollective.com within 30 days of the delivery date (except sales items).
- All products must be returned in original condition, not worn, used or washed and with all tags still attached (unless faulty).
- To exchange an item, please return the item free of charge and place a new order online. Please note for International orders, we do not bare the return shipping cost.
- Free return is valid in Sweden and on full price items only. For items sold during campaigns and with discount codes the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (79 SEK).
How to return
- Email shop@yogishcollective.com to request your Return-ID. Please specify which item(s) you would like to return and the order number.
- Attach the pre-paid return label received from us on top of the old address label and hand in at your nearest DHL Service Point.
- For international returns, please clearly mark the package RETURNED GOODS to avoid any custom charges.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us, so we recommend that you only use Yogish Collective's selected postage labels and delivery service. In case you prefer to return your item with any other delivery service, please make sure the parcel is sent with insured and traceable mode of transportation and that you keep your receipt for the shipment. Yogish Collective is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any other charges that may incur will not be refunded by Yogish Collective.
The total lifetime of a product have a large impact on the environment, making it important to take care of your garments and accessories in a sustainable way to make them last longer.
Garments
Wash at low temperature and choose liquid detergent instead of powder. Liquid detergent dissolves better and is the most sensitive option.
Build long lasting wardrobe. Every single one of our garments is designed to be long lasting both in quality and style to be worn and love for many seasons.
Wash your clothes right will make them last longer. Use a laundry bag and turn the clothes inside out to avoid colour changes.
Elastane and Lycra fibers are sensitive to heat, wash inside out as cold as possible.
Yoga leather strap
With correct care and maintenance premium vegetable tanned leather will age gracefully, developing a beautiful patina with use over time.
Anytime that your leather is stained or when it has dried out after being wet, remove any dirt or stains with a clean natural sponge or soft cloth before applying any oils or conditioners.
After cleaning, apply something that will nourish the leather, protect it and help it to retain moisture. Use a product that contains a natural wax. The wax will protect the leather in the same way that wax protects the paint of a car.
Keep in mind exposure to direct sunlight will darken blonde colours and bleach darker colours. Hot, dry air can dry out leather if its not regularly conditioned and certain chemicals and detergents can damage the surface of the leather and tarnish the colour.
Luxe Yoga mat
Our Luxe yoga mats are machine washable in cold water, gentle cycle and no bleach. We recommend to clean your mat with soft cloth, mild soap and water for your regular mat cleaning. Better for you and the environment.
Hang to dry, no tumble dry. To speed up drying, wrap your mat in a towel and squeeze out excess water.
Super Grip Yoga mat
It's easy to clean with warm water and a soft cloth. Spray and wipe clean. Hang to dry. Our Super Grip yoga mats are non-machine washable and cannot be tumble dried.
Roll up after use to avoid creasing. Do not fold. Do not expose to direct sunlight and keep away from detergents, body lotions and oils to avoid stains.
